Information - 2011
Summary Sheets (which include
pricing) are required with registration form and may be obtained by
contacting Let's Get Loud at info@letsgetloud.ca or call 905-449-0797.
- All entries must be
received no later than January 15, 2010, accompanied by Summary Sheet
and studio cheques only.
- Cheques returned NSF will
be charged $30.00 and entries may be returned if payment is not
collected within 5 business days.
- There are no refunds once
the schedule has been sent out.
- Notice of students
inability to compete prior to the schedule being mailed out will result
in a 50% refund of entry fees paid.
- To guarantee early
placement at any one of our locations, you may give us an estimated
number of entries with a deposit to hold a position for your studio. Please contact competition Directors for
further information.
- Studio spreadsheets for
entries will be accepted provided they are in an Excel format. Please
contact us for a template.
- Please list all students’
names for duets/trios and groups/lines/productions.
- Be sure to include Studio
Name & Address, Location participating at, Contact Name and Number,
and a list of teachers and choreographers from your studio
- A copy of our waiver,
releasing Directors of “Let’s Get Loud”, staff and facility employees
connected with the competition, from any claims of injury or damages
must be signed and received with your studio cheque by the January 15th
deadline.
- Let’s Get Loud reserves
the right to add or subtract days or move a competition due to
unforeseen circumstances.
- Let’s Get Loud reserves
the right to change overall awards depending upon the number of entries
at each location.
- Let’s Get Loud reserves
the right to cancel any competition where there are an insufficient
number of entries.
- Participants in a Let’s
Get Loud competition agree to the use of any feedback, pictures and/or
video
recording for advertisement
purposes.
- All judge’s decisions are
final.
- Upon entering Let’s Get
Loud competition, it is agreed that teachers, competitors, parents and
guests will not hold Let’s Get Loud Directors or Employees involved in
the competition responsible or liable for any damages, loss or personal
injury which they may sustain while either participating or attending
any activity connected with this competition.
